These Terms govern access to and use of the inferagen.ai platform (“the Service”) operated by Orbitnexa Technologies Pvt Ltd (“Orbitnexa”, “we”).

1. Acceptable use

The Service is intended for use by clinical genomics labs, hospitals, and clinicians. You may not use the Service to upload data without lawful basis or to circumvent security controls.

2. Wallet credits

Credits do not expire while the account is active.
Credits are refundable for 90 days from purchase, minus any consumed credits.
Volume tiers and enterprise contracts override the default refund terms — see your signed order form.
GST is added on the invoice at the prevailing statutory rate.

3. Service-level expectations

We provide best-effort availability on Pilot, Starter, and Lab tiers. Chain and Enterprise tiers include a contracted SLA — see your order form. We publish status at status.inferagen.ai (where configured).

4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to amounts paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

5. Clinical disclaimers

The Service is software infrastructure for clinical genomics. The clinical interpretation and final report sign-off remain the responsibility of qualified clinical professionals at the customer organisation.

6. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana.
