Cancer panels and somatic variants on inferagen
Solid tumor, liquid biopsy, MSI/TMB, HRD scoring, and tumor-normal pairs — with India-curated actionability.
Clinical context
Cancer is now India's fastest-growing burden of genetic testing. By 2030, an estimated 1.5 million Indians will be ordering tumor genomic panels every year — and almost none of those reports will use Indian-population variant data. inferagen runs every major somatic test type with the same wallet, the same report engine, and the same FHIR routing to your LIS.
What we deliver
On inferagen.
- Solid tumor panels (50–500 genes), tumor-only or tumor-normal
- Liquid biopsy (cfDNA) with UMI deduplication and 0.5% VAF detection
- MSI (microsatellite instability) scoring
- TMB (tumor mutational burden) calculation, normalized to Indian baseline
- HRD (homologous recombination deficiency) for ovarian/breast
- Actionability annotations from OncoKB, CIViC, NCCN, and our India-curated drug-availability layer
